As Managing Partner of M2M Development, Joseph Damanti maintains integral roles in the firm’s day-to-day operations, while providing leadership and vision that serve as the core of its success. From acquisitions to asset management, Joseph sees each project through, inception to close, ensuring every facet is handled with precision, accuracy and care. Joseph received his Bachelor of Science from NYU and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown. Along with his wife, Rachel, and son, Ryder, Joseph resides in Jersey City, working and living in a place he is proud to call home.
Alisha has always had a passion for real estate and construction. In 2013, she began her career investing in multi-class properties across the northeast, with a particular interest in Philadelphia and Jersey City. Joining forces with Damanti, Eisenberg co-created M2M, with the intention of establishing a company that embodied her passion for quality construction and hands-on approach to development. Today, Alisha plays an integral role in business development, financing, and investor relations, growing M2M’s portfolio to more than 80,000 square feet of premier residential developments.
A skilled real estate professional who has amassed over $600 million in luxury property sales in major US markets, Shein brings a wealth of experience in sourcing transaction opportunities, developing market strategy, and aiding in all project management aspects, including positioning, marketing, design, and vision to M2M. As Chief Operating Officer, Jodi holds a significant role in ensuring the company’s growth and success.
